Okay, so I’ve made myself a pact, that im going to lose weight by the time I go back to school, im starting to get really insecure of my looks and weight. I thought that I might try to just eat fruits or something low calorie everyday: and exercise for about half hour every morning and night, if anyone has any tips for me, good exercise routines, ANYTHING. Please comment.
I will appreciate it so much, I feel fat and useless. =[
